We need your support, and we invite you to partner with us! Your time, talents, abilities, and resources can help us make a difference! We are interested in volunteers to serve on our committees, to assist us with construction, or to serve in other ways. Your financial contributions and donations of land, building materials, and equipment are also welcomed.

Family Support Committee

 

Responsible for providing Habitat homeowners and prospective homeowners with a mutual support system, educational opportunities, and a forum for discussions pertaining to home ownership and maintenance.

Chair: Dorothy Collette

 

Family Selection Committee


Responsible for screening applications and interviewing and recommending applicants to the Board of Directors for approval as prospective homeowners.

Executive Committee


Acts on behalf of the board when it is not in session; oversees financial, human resources, and strategic planning functions.

Public Relations Committee


Responsible for educating the public regarding our mission.

Volunteer Relations Committee

 

Responsible for recruiting and organizing Habitat volunteers.

Construction Committee

 

Responsible for planning and implementing the construction projects. This includes obtaining the house plan, soliciting professional help and donations of building materials, coordinating volunteers and supervising construction.Still have questions? Responsible for locating lots to use for building.

Fundraising Committee


Responsible for raising money. Oversees the annual Ethnic Dinner fundraising event.

Responsible for building relationships with churches.
